Founded in 1989 by Diane Thomas, the agency was previously located on Armor Duells Road in Orchard Park. Nikki Gawron took over the agency in 2008 when Diane Thomas retired from the insurance industry. Shortly after taking over, Nikki relocated the agency to its current location at 2151 Transit Road in Elma in order to expand the agency and the services it provides.
